The birthday person and their guests will experience two hours of non-stop entertainment on our 20+ gaming stations including Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, PC, and VR. Whether it’s co-op or competitive, online or in person, we have the means to make for an unforgettable time!

What is the Minimum Age(s) for guests?

In order to provide a safe and fun environment for our guests and our space, the minimum age of eSports parties is 6 years old.

The Stephens Family Gymnastics Center is available at the Bill Bartley Family Y. Call the Bill Bartley Family Y at 940-761-1000 to make a reservation for your special celebration. We look forward to assisting you in making happy memories!

You are renting out the brand new Stephens Family Gymnastics Center for 1 and 1/2 hrs.

Up to 20 Children and no more than 50 people total in the facility: Members—$200, Non-Members-$300 

A rental agreement will be emailed to you and must be signed and returned within 5 business days of booking.

We will provide chairs and tables. There are three tables that are two and a half feet wide and eight feet long, this is a standard “banquet” size table. There are eight chairs per table. (24 seats total with addition seating on the bench)

There are two additional 6 ft. tables provided for food and presents.

We have a standard refrigerator/freezer that is cleaned out for your use.

On the day of the party, the coaches will arrive at least 15 minutes before, so you may come in early and we can help with your setup.

No food or drinks are allowed on the gymnastics floor.

The first hour is open gym time supervised by the staff and the children can play on all the equipment. Encourage your guest to wear comfortable clothing. Socks are not required.

If you want to use the spotting belt over the trampoline, we can accommodate the last 15 minutes (sooner if your party is larger), just let us know.

The last 1/2 hour is for your refreshments, then opening presents.

At the end of the party, while you handing out party favors and saying goodbye to your guest, we will take care of all the clean up!

Make a splash at your next birthday with a Downtown Pool Party! Our indoor and heated pool guarantees that fun will be had all year round! You and your guests will enjoy an hour of exclusive pool time under the supervision of our eager and trained staff! Afterwards, enjoy an additional hour in the party room to celebrate with cake, gifts, or whatever you can imagine! A Pool Party at the Downtown Y is sure to make waves on your next birthday so what are you waiting for?!

How many guests are included?

The maximum number of guests in the pool at one time is 25. You may pay an additional $25 fee to bring in an extra lifeguard. This would increase the occupancy of the pool to 40.
