Gymnastics
The Stephens Family Gymnastics Center is the Only gymnastics center in Wichita Falls that is USAG accredited and certified as a Member Club (#931762).

At the Y, kids can meet new friends, build skills, develop interests and try new things in a supportive environment with caring adults. Abundant choices are available for all skill levels and pursuits. Our programs emphasize values, sportsmanship, friendship, and most of all, fun! All gymnastics classes are held in the Stephens Family Gymnastics Center at the Bill Bartley Family YMCA, 940-761-1000.
Parent and Tot: 18 Months-3 Year Old
This class is FUN, FUN, FUN! Not only is it a chance for your little one to start developing gymnastics skills but also for parent and child to bond in a fun and safe environment.
Tiny Tumbles
This is a class specified just for 3 and 4 year olds to start to develop their basic skills and love for gymnastics.
Junior Gymnastics
This class is for 5 to 13 year olds. This is geared toward children with little to no gymnastics experience. They will develop skills on vault, bars, beam and floor to be able to progress up the ranks to Level 3.
Tumbling Class
This class is designed for athletes just wanting to tumble. For beginners all the way to advanced gymnasts, that are working on fulls.
Parkour
Do you have a rowdy kid at home? Bring them to us so we can channel that energy into something incredible. This class will teach them proper tumbling with Parkour excitement.
Level 3
This is a gymnast first Big Step towards being on the competitive teams! Once a child has completed the Junior Gymnastic program and can successfully complete the required skills, she will be asked to join the Level 3. In this stage the gymnast will learn and master the basic skills required to progress in their gymnastics journey. This class is 3 1⁄2 hours a week with a built in TRX Workout program.
USAG Levels 4&5
This is the gymnasts’ first chance to compete! The gymnasts will learn compulsory routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor and take those routines to competitions in the metroplex and surrounding areas! Their season is Late August through November, with the chance to qualify for the State Meet and compete against the best Texas has to offer!
USAG Levels 6 & Up
Once the gymnast moves up to level 6, they will have the opportunity to have routines created specifically for them that showcase their strengths and talents! They will take these routines to meets in the metroplex and surrounding areas during their season, which runs January through April. The gymnast can qualify for State Meet, or even Regionals which includes the top gymnasts from Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming!
