Community Support
The YMCA of Wichita Falls sees community outreach as not only a part of what we do but our mission to serve those who need support. Each month, the Y partners with a different community organization and finds ways to IMPACT. In the spirit of Christmas, the Y has chosen Children’s Aid Society of West Texas to help provide resources to the youth in the center through our branch Angel Trees. Here is a little to know about our partner:
Mission Statement:
To provide shelter, supervision, and counseling for children and youth in crisis; cooperate with other agencies in order to resolve problems related to the welfare of these children; and assist the families of these children in seeking possible solutions to their problems.
