Group Exercise Classes

LIFT AND TABATA is a creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio   conditioning, manageable mobility, and core strength exercises all set to the beat of crazy FUN music. Also includes some Tabata style    sections. 


PIYO: is a total-body fitness system. It works your body from head to toe. PiYo combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and have a great time doing it   using upbeat music. PiYo is a cardio workout on a yoga mat.


STICKS: Combines dance-type moves with the rhythm of the drums to make you part of the music! Have fun using large exercise balls and drumsticks to pound out the beat. Release your inner “Rockstar” during this addictive workout!


SILVER SNEAKERS: A class for moderately active older adults who exercise in some way one or two days a week. The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic      balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.


ZUMBA: A fun group dance class, Latin inspired, to sculpt your body. Shimmy, shake and sweat your way to the best shape of your life.


SPIN: Group cycling for an exciting cardio experience! Hills, sprints, intervals, and so much more all combined in a fun, calorie blasting workout!


AEROBICS LO/LITE: A low impact, cardio dance class with easy-to-follow combinations to a variety of music (rock to salsa), followed by muscle toning with weights, bands, bars, or balls. This is a fun cardio workout for (and adaptable to) all ages and abilities.


PILATES: A class that focuses on developing strength through the core of the body- the back, abdomen and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination.


POWER MAX: High intensity interval training, circuit training, and Tabata full body training. Burn fat, rev up your metabolism, and push your limits! Geared for all fitness levels.


HIGH FITNESS: Is old school aerobics and simplified the moves;  added intense fitness-based moves; and made it more fun with   music of all genres and decades.


MED & SLED: 30 minutes formatted class, incorporating a full body burn workout using medicine balls /sleds as your primarily mixed with other modalities.


H.A.B.I.T : Full body workout incorporating Hips, Ab, Glutes, Thighs. Quick 45 minutes workout!


TABATA: Intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeated eight times for a total of four minutes at Tabata Ultimate Fitness we break the rules a little bit.

BODY SCULPT / XTREME SCULPT (Only difference Advanced Level)

Full body workout, various modalities used. Workouts are scalable to allow all abilities to participate.


VINYASA: Multi-level vinyasa yoga class, intended to help you achieve better balance, strength and flexibility, while letting the breath lead each movement. Class intended for all, and modification are offered to all level of class participants.


YOGA: A class utilizing a variety of yoga styles and formats that focus on mindfulness of movement and physical function to include          flexibility, balance, alignment, muscle recruitment and engagement, and breathing techniques to improve performance. This class will   enhance and reinforce many of the movements necessary for proper form while performing weight-bearing exercises on the fitness floor or in other group exercise classes or simply to better perform activities of daily living.  


Yin Yoga: This relaxed, passive type of yoga is done completely on the mat (in other words, no standing or balancing poses). Poses are held for longer durations (3-5 minutes) to focus on the deep connective tissues, bones, fascia, and ligaments. It's a great balance to a more energetic yoga or exercise practice, as well as a wonderful stretch. 


Restorative Yoga: A restorative practice is meant to train you to relax by guiding you to stay in restful, supported poses for 5-15 minutes each. This allows your body and mind to shift from “fight or flight” to “rest and digest.”
