This is a great option if you're looking to change your current routine and add a little spice. Taught by high performing, requested instructors, allowing you to learn different styles of group training. Great option for those looking to start a workout routine. All Material provided, mats & free weights. Class is taught in the Fain Soccer Complex.
- Training 3 times a week-4 Week Program = 12 total workouts
- Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays
- Free shirts to the first 50 people who register!!!
