Group Fitness Classes All Group Fitness Classes are FREE to our Members, $40 per month for Non Members. 30-20-10 30 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of core, 10 minutes of weights. A great total body workout!
Aerobics Lo/Lite A rhythmic cardio class plus muscle toning. Body Sculpting & Core A strength training workout that combines flexibilty & cardio conditioning using weights, bars, and kettlebells, emphasizing proper technique and posture. Boot Camp Maintenance Can't get enough Boot Camp? Get cardio and muscle work with this Boot Camp inspired class! Get Fit Workout intervals of aerobics, kickbox, step, weight training, abdominals with slo mo balls and stretch for all levels of fitness. HABIT (Hips, Abs, Butts, and Thighs) Body sculpting class that targets the thighs, butt, and gut area. We will also make sure we work those arms! Resistance equipment like dumbbells, medicine balls, tubing, and body bars will be used to increase intensity. Jump Start A 45-minute class offering step, cardio, weights and ball.
Kettlebell A lunch time muscle toning class with kettlebells. Power Fit Power drills, sports conditioning and muscle work.
Power Pilates Burn calories with muscle-specific activities for toning and flexibility. A class that uses a variety of equipment to build muscle and tone. Spin Group cycling for an exciting cardio experience!
Stretch A relaxing stretch class targeting all major muscle groups. A core-conditioning program to provide stabilization, strength and power. Yoga Shape your body with deep relaxing yoga stretches. Zumba A fun group dance class, Latin inspired, to sculpt your body.
Zumba Gold Chair A class designed for anyone who doesn't feel like they are ready for a standing exercise program. Exciting Zumba music and moves make working out in the chair the perfect fit for those who have physical limitations, who are in a wheelchair, or just want to start out thier Zumba experience in an easy way.
Zumba Gold A class with modified Zumba moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older adult, as well as anyone just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. The standing routines offer the same fun Zumba music and easy to follow moves that make it a great workout that doesnt seem like a workout. It is just as fun, just not as fast!

Silver Sneakers® Fitness Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Classes are held on a monthly basis. Silver Sneakers® YogaStretch YogaStretch is taught from a seated and standing position to enhance the flow and energy created in combination with restorative breathing exercises.The class offers a variety of safe and effective options designed to increase flexibility and balance to improve each individual's sense of well being.
