Vault- a complete underarm swing straight jump off the spring board onto the mat and run with underarm circle off mini tramp vault with flat back landing.
Bars- a chin up pullover without any assistance from the coach and a pike glide with straight knees and pointed toes. A back hip circle by themselves and a kip with spot. Lastly, a squat on jump onto the mat.
Beam- complete the opening warm-up demonstrated without wobbling. Able to hold a handstand with controlled step out. A cartwheel without a coach spotting and able to land a wolf jump and split jump.
Floor- back walkover without a spot. Round-off back handspring, without a spot. Handstand, hold 10seconds. Along with straddle, pike, tuck, jump full turn and split-leap, on floor.
