SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Our Small Group Training Series combines the energy and inspiration of group exercise with the individualized attention of personal training. Small class size (2-5 participants per class) ensures that our coaches can provide a customized workout. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, run a 5K or just feel better about yourself, small group training will help you drive results.
