Fall Boot Camp

Join our team of certified instructors to push you to a whole new level. Whether you just beginning a new routine or wanting a change, allow us to challenge your inner strength. Workout will consist of a variety of techniques, incorporating cardio, strength, agility and core exercises. Majority of workouts will take place in the large basketball gym, pending good weather workouts could be taken outside.
• $35 no shirt members; $40 shirt included members
• $50 no shirt non member; $55 shirt included non member
• All age ranges and abilities encourage to participate.
