Boot Camp FAQ

Is boot camp level 1 good for people who haven’t worked out in a while?
Yes: because all the instructors scale the workout and exercises to make it accommodate to your needs and goals.

Can advanced boot camp participants participate in beginner level if they have a conflict one night with their schedule and or need a break from the advanced level.
Yes: but only advanced participants can bounce between both levels.

Participant purchases beginner level and after a week wants to do advanced level?
The need to speak with Megan the director of the department because there is a limited number of slots open in the advanced level and the cost is more expensive. Level 1 boot camp is still a very challenging workout and if you push yourself and limit doing modification of exercise it’s still a fantastic workout.

Can children 14 years of age participate in the beginner level boot camp?
Yes: Parents’ consent is needed, 18 years or older to participate in the advanced level.

Can you purchase a shirt or tank after the start of boot camp?
Only a small number of additional appeal pieces will be available for purchase at a high rate.

Where can I sign up? And how long is registration?
You can sign up online and or at any local branch. We leave sign up open for that last-minute potential participants.

What if I can’t come every night of the week to boot camp?
That’s ok it’s all about starting somewhere, even if you can participate 2 days a week something is better than nothing. The pricing for this event is made to be affordable so that if you can’t come every night it’s ok!

Are body measurements provided with boot camp?
Yes: A packet of helpful information is given the first week of classes and all instructors will be available to take your body measurements if you wish to have them. We encourage this to measure your progress. Measurements are then taken again at the end of the boot camp.
