What is happening now? Construction is in progress and our spacious new Gymnastics facility is shaping up! One will also find a new road on the south side of the Family Y, a HUGE new parking lot in the back, and new HVAC systems being installed on the current facility. Construction will continue throughout 2018 to bring 80,000 square feet of new family-friendly, energy efficient facilities to the Bill Bartley Family YMCA. New facilities coming include:


  • Early Childhood & Youth Development Center (with Infant/Toddler/Pre-School Classrooms, Before/After School Rooms, a Youth Library, Cafeteria, Conference Room, and Playgrounds)
  • Full Double Court Gymnasium
  • Indoor Soccer/Multi-Purpose Facility
  • Gymnastics Center
  • Road to back sports complex
  • New 200 space parking lot

 


EARLY CHILDHOOD & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CENTER 

  • Interactive Classrooms for Pre-School Children ages 6 weeks – 5 years old
  • Dedicated space for School Age Children ages 5-14 years old
  • Youth Library & Technology Center
  • Cafeteria with Full Kitchen
  • Conference Room for teachers
  • Outdoor Playground
  • Safe Circle-Drive

 


INDOOR SOCCER – MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY  WITH CONCESSION & BREEZEWAY

DOUBLE GYMNASIUM

PHASE TWO:

Includes a spacious Grand Entry Plaza that will greet members with natural light and provide areas for friends to gather. It will include a coffee/protein shake bar, community gathering space, free Wi-Fi, and more. Renovations/updates will also be made to the Bill Bartley Branch and other YMCA branches. Phase 2 will begin immediately after completion of Phase One.
